  • Eligibility: By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm House of Kopal or its users.

Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Prices are inclusive of GST. The VAT charged will depend upon the order’s shipping destination. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates, in accordance with the shipping address.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship across India and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping Charges: Domestic Shipping is free for all orders above INR 5000. For orders below INR 5000, we charge a flat fee of INR 200. International Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination of delivery.
  • Return Shipping Domestic: The item needs to be returned by the customer at our address and cost  will be borne by the customer.
  • Return Shipping International: For any international returns, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit that will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue of credit.
