Return Policy

At House of Kopal, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Please ensure that returned items meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: The garment must be in its original condition and unworn, except for trying on.

  • Original Condition: The item must retain all tags attached.

  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

Note: That return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed as store credit under the following conditions:

  • Store Credit Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to confirm they meet our criteria, we’ll issue store credit for the purchase price of the item(s). This credit will be sent via email and will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it reaches our facility. An email notification will be sent once the store credit has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale".
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team at hoksupport@kopalcreation.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
